The process for commissioning a custom piece is easy:
1) We discuss an idea, image, or type of scene you are thinking about.
2) If you have a reference image already -- great! If not -- I can do a photo shoot or find images to use.
3) We agree the painting size and desired completion date.
4) I create a contract that we both sign laying out the full project and terms.
5) I paint!
6) Once dry, paintings can be easily packed and shipped to you.
Pricing depends on two things: size and complexity. My commissions range in price from
$1500 to $18,000 and from a 16" x 20" painting to a full room mural.
I discuss timing with each collector, where they are thinking of hanging it, and any specific elements they do or do not want included. Once we both sign a contract, I will have you in the queue to paint by the agreed finish date.
I can also come up with ideas for you if you are not sure. Then we find images that may be a match.
